I was born in Long Island, NY and moved to Fishkill, NY at 10 years old. I earned my business degree in 1994 from the State University of New York at Oneonta. 

My desire for healing was apparent after experiencing a few healing nights, conducted by my Reiki, Master Dan Esparza.  I studied with and assisted Dan for eight years in Southern CA after being initiated and certified as a Usui REIKI Master/Teacher in 2005.  I helped Dan with Intro to Healing nights and conducting certifications for Reiki 1, Reiki 2, and Reiki Mastership. I was captivated by the possibilities of helping others and worked on as many people around me who I sensed were out of balance and needed healing hands to feel more harmony inside their body.
